Our user-friendly control system simplifies connection with auxiliary equipments. The press can be equipped with different options (such as 2D or 3D mechanical or electronic transfer, or even independent station adjustment) allowing the system to be dedicated to a specific application or to provide flexibility for a wide range of jobs. Tool exchange on our machines is easier and safer thanks to the out-going table and memorizable press settings: these options not only reduce the time required for changeover but, due to the simplicity of the process, also generates savings in worker training costs.

Reliability

The designed machines are checked through the use of software based on the Finite Element Method (MSC.Patran and MSC.Marc). Furthermore analyses are carried out on the results obtained to define the fatigue behavior of the machines. this is equivalent to having a safety on the mechanical properties of the parts analyzed between 97.73% and 99.87%.

Energy Efficiency

Each working station is equipped with a lower extrusion stop with continues adjustment monitored and controlled from press HMI. Each station is supplied with independent electric motor to rise or low the stops.The positions can be stores and recalled from press HMI for rapid production exchange.

Innovation

The LINK-LEVER drive system of the press is based on a modified knuckle joint pushing points. This joint system allows a speed reduction and a constant speed in the press working thickness. It reduced the speed before the contact with the part to be formed, This type of gear allows to solve several problems regarding stamping, blanking, drawing and tapping. The modified knuckle-joint drive system combines the advantages of the Knuckle-joint press with which the eccentric. The extreme rigidity and optimized ram movement ensure a successful production of precision parts.
